Ensuring the Best Experience

At Xclusivelypaula, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible.  Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.


To ensure that you have a joyful and seamless experience, we offer both text and email for client communication during business hours of Tuesday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. We use an online scheduling platform to ensure you can reserve your appointment when it’s most convenient 24/7. Simply visit www.xclusivelypaula.com. You can reserve your appointment, cancel or make changes to your appointment.

Upon reserving your appointment, you will receive a text and email with details of your appointment, You will receive a reminder of your appointment one day prior to your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, you are given that option with the one-day reminder text or email. If you need to cancel after you have confirmed your appointment, you can do that on our online platform at www.xclusivelypaula.com. There will be a $50 charge to your credit card on file, if you cancel inside of the 24-hour confirmation window.

If you forget your appointment after confirming and do not show up, there will be a charge to your credit card for the total cost of your scheduled appointment. It will be the stylist decision to allow you to continue as a client.
