Appointments & Scheduling
• Appointments are recommended to ensure availability
• Walk-ins are welcome when time permits
• Please arrive on time — a 5–10 minute grace period is allowed
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee
• No-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service price
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments
 

Payment Policy
• Payment is due at the time of service
• Accepted payments: Cash, Card, Zelle, Cash App (adjust as needed)
• Deposits may be required for new clients or extended services
• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred with proper notice

Children Policy
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Barber is not responsible for unattended children
• Additional time or fees may apply if a child is unable to sit still

Health & Safety
• Services will not be provided for clients with contagious conditions
(lice, ringworm, open sores, etc.)
• All tools are sanitized between each client
• Barber reserves the right to stop a service if safety is compromised

Satisfaction Policy
• Please communicate preferences during the service
• Minor adjustments are complimentary within 24–48 hours
• No refunds after services are completed

Conduct Policy
• Please limit phone use during service
• Respectful behavior is required at all times
• Barber reserves the right to refuse service to anyone being disruptive or disrespectful
